The BUM workouts are displayed one week at a time, providing you with plenty of opportunity to arrange your schedule and meet our daily workouts. Our programs are Bodybuilding-focused with ‘Rest Days’ periodically programmed. The primary program is centered around Chris Bumstead’s exact workouts and we will continue to offer different programs, splits, and goal-focused workouts as the program scales.
All our workouts are programmed with a standard gym equipment set in mind. If you’re training in a Functional Gym, Box, Studio, or at Home, you might need to substitute certain exercises. If you have specific questions, ask the Facebook Community.
At this time we provide nutrition advice, recipes, and exclusive content through our members-only blog. However, this platform is ever-evolving and will continue to bring new features in the future. Complicated nutrition programming is coming soon.
We run an exclusive closed Facebook Group for subscribed members only. In that group page, you’re able to ask specific questions, get form help, and engage with Chris Bumstead and his team whenever you want.
